Thank you for shopping with Dead Potters Society! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order size, and destination.
- We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited services.
- Delivery times vary by location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@deadpotters.com with your order number.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
