Refund policy

Our shop primarily provides handmade ceramic wares. As such, there may be slight variations in size, shape, and color. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but are instead the nature of handmade goods—each piece is as unique as you are! In addition, our site offers made-to-order branded merchandise such as apparel and accessories. Because of the nature of our stop, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days after order delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Refunds
In a circumstance where an item has arrived damaged and a return issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@deadpotters.com.
